Ikuto Tsukiyomi works for Easter, the company searching for the Embryo. He wants the Embryo for freedom. His Guardian Chara is Yoru, a cat-like Chara. He and Yoru can do Chara Changes and Transformations. He is called the Black Lynx in the manga. Ikuto plays the violin and is the owner of the Dumpty Key which pairs with Amu's Humpty Lock. It is revealed he is Utau's older brother and they knew Tadase Hotori when they were little. He stole the Dumpty Key from Tadase Hotori (no wonder he calls Ikuto Cat Thief).
He seems to like Amu, and is disturbed and jealous when Hotori confesses his love to her. Utau tells Amu that Ikuto likes her. Even though Utau and Ikuto are siblings Utau seems to be in love with her brother. (She even kissed him once!) He is Amu's enemy because he works for Easter, but he helps Amu in the shadows.
